Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) will operate three special flights from Bangkok-London for those who wish to return to the United Kingdom and for stranded Thais in the UK who wish to be repatriated.

Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, Acting THAI President, said THAI will operate three special flights to London for those who wish to return to the UK such as Thai students returning to school or university, foreign passengers who are UK residents, and businessmen. The flights TG916 from Bangkok-London on 9,16, and 23 August 2020 will depart from Bangkok at 12.50 hours and arrive in London at 19.10 hours (local time) with COVID-19 preventive measures and the social distance approach in every aspect of service provision. In addition, stranded Thais in the UK will fly back on London-Bangkok flights that have been organized with cooperation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to the COVID-19 preventive measures that were declared by the UK government and took effect on 8 June 2020, inbound passengers from foreign countries including Thailand must undergo 14 days of self-isolation. Visit https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice for more information.
